Valid for visitors and exhibitors

1. General terms and conditions

1.1. By taking part in or visiting the card show/event, everyone agrees to abide by these rules and regulations.
1.2. The organisation may take action against participants and impose sanctions in the event of a breach.
1.3. Instructions from the organisation must always be followed immediately.

2. Access and registration

2.1. Visitors and exhibitors must have a valid admission ticket.
2.2. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
2.3. Access wristbands and exhibitor wristbands must be worn in a visible position.
2.4. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified assistance dogs.

3. Rules of conduct

3.1. Please respect other visitors, exhibitors and staff.
3.2. Respect all property, including stands, tables, exhibition materials and other people’s personal belongings.
3.3. Discrimination, harassment, aggression or any other form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
3.4. Running, pushing or blocking walkways is not permitted.
3.5. Audio equipment must be set to an acceptable volume.
3.6. Other people’s cards and collectables should be treated with care and respect.
3.7. Fair Play & Fair Trade:

  • Trading, exchanging and playing are conducted fairly and transparently.
  • Manipulating, misleading or putting pressure on other participants is prohibited.

4. Trading, selling and exchanging

For visitors

4.1. Trading between visitors is permitted only in the designated trading area.
4.2. Commercial sales by visitors are prohibited, unless written permission has been obtained from the organisation.
4.3. Fair Trade is mandatory: visitors must act fairly, provide accurate information and show respect during negotiations.

For exhibitors

4.4. Sales may only take place from a reserved or allocated stall.
4.5. Prices must be stated clearly and visibly.
4.6. The offering, selling or displaying of counterfeit or illegal products is strictly prohibited.
4.7. Exhibitors must keep their stands clean, safe and accessible.
4.8. Fraudulent sales, scamming, misleading practices or the deliberate misrepresentation of product values are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

5. Fair Trade and fraud prevention

5.1. All forms of scamming, deception, price manipulation or the deliberate provision of false information regarding value, condition or authenticity are prohibited.
5.2. Deliberately exchanging or selling damaged or counterfeit items without reporting this is considered to be deception.
5.3. The organisation reserves the right to immediately deny access to any individuals or exhibitors found to be guilty of fraud.

6. Safety and supervision

6.1. Bags may be searched at the entrance or if theft is suspected.
6.2. It is prohibited to bring weapons, dangerous objects or items that cause a public disturbance.
6.3. First-aid staff must be granted immediate access if necessary.
6.4. Emergency exits and escape routes must remain clear at all times.

7. Theft, loss and damage

7.1. Theft must be reported immediately and may result in expulsion and notification of the police.
7.2. The organisation is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
7.3. The person responsible will be held liable for any damage to exhibition materials or stands.

8. Consumption

8.1. Food and drink are permitted unless otherwise stated.
8.2. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited, except for alcoholic drinks sold by the organisation.
8.3. Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins.

9. Photography and media

9.1. Photography and video recording are permitted, provided that other visitors are not inconvenienced.
9.2. It is forbidden to take photographs of people who clearly indicate that they do not wish to be photographed.
9.3. The organisation may take photographs and record video footage for promotional purposes.

10. End of the day

10.1. Visitors must leave the premises after closing time.
10.2. Exhibitors must clear their stands in accordance with the organisation's instructions.
10.3. Lost property should be handed in to the organisation.

11. Sanctions for violations

11.1. In the event of a breach of these rules, the organisation may take measures, including:

  • A warning
  • Temporary exclusion from certain areas
  • Immediate removal of the event
  • Temporary or permanent ban on entry to future events
  • Report to the police

11.2. No refund will be given in the event of expulsion due to disciplinary offences.

12. Final regulations

12.1. The organisation reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time.
12.2. In situations not covered by these rules, the organisation shall decide.
