Advertising Terms and Conditions
Advertising material must be supplied no later than 14 working days before the scheduled publication date.
Files must comply with the agreed formats, dimensions and maximum file size.
Material must be supplied in the agreed file format (JPG, PNG, WebP).
The advertiser is responsible for correctly providing links, tracking codes and the correct landing pages.
Invoicing takes place prior to publication, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the publication.
You may cancel no later than 7 days before the end of the term.
The minimum contract period is 3 months.
All prices are invoiced excluding VAT in accordance with the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses.
Any additional costs (such as design or amendment fees) will be invoiced separately.
